You receive feedback from your manager, direct reports and stakeholders on how you perform as a leader in 3 key leadership arenas:

- Team performance improvement
- Organisational leadership initiatives
You receive a report that identifies the gaps between how you perceive your leadership behaviour and how others perceive it. From those gaps, and your leadership goals, I work with you to draw up your leadership development plan, and can coach you through executing it to get the results you want.
